Cazuelica and DO Navarra wine week

During this week the bars enhance and value the recovery of traditional cuisine through its food and cooking methods, for which the presentation must also be made in a support according to tradition such as the cazuelica. The elaborations are proposed with a pairing of DO Navarra wines. The cazuelica is offered at a fixed price for all establishments.

A base jury goes through all the establishments to select those that will go on to the final. In this phase and, before a different jury, they will present their cazuelicas again, which, after deliberation, will receive the highest awards.
