A restaurant created from our dream; rescuing authentic beef, we use the term rescuing what is sold as beef in restaurants and butcher shops, only 1% is authentic beef, we are proud to be part of such an exclusive 1%.

For this we travel throughout the peninsula personally selecting the best oxen that we find on our way, all our oxen are older than 5 years and we make two categories; oxen between 5 and 7 years old and oxen older than 8 years old.

To enjoy such a distinguished and scarce delicacy, all our oxen are cooked on the grill in our kitchen open to the public. We have also created semi-closed spaces with a built-in smoke extractor where you can comfortably enjoy the steaks on our portable grills.
