Amelia is inside the Villa Favorita hotel. We have an open kitchen where you can appreciate all the preparations of our team. We have a bar with capacity for 12 people, two tables for up to 6 people and one for up to 8. A place where you can enjoy creativity adapted to an exquisite seasonal menu.

Our work philosophy focuses on the use of seasonal, sustainable raw materials and on revaluing forgotten products. We relate mainly to small producers who share our values, who visit markets, to provide us with fresh products of the highest quality day by day. Our sommelier’s cellar shares the same philosophy; covering different countries of the world, concentrating on whether its production method is biological or biodynamic. We have chosen to serve 90% of our wines “by the glass”, giving our guests the opportunity to taste the greatest possible variety. Welcome!
