We carry out experiences in which José Luis Ruiz (farmer, winemaker) is in charge of carrying out all the experiences. A privilege to be able to share first-hand how we carry out our entire project in a traditional way from the vineyard, winery, centenary cellars and knowing the culture, climate and traditions of our people. More than a visit to a winery, you will get to know a way of life.

Hotel Echaurren Relais & Châteaux

A century-old house completely rehabilitated by the Picado de Blas architecture studio in Madrid, who have managed to transform this old post house into a beautiful and cozy hotel attached to the Relais & Châteaux quality club. The architects have known how to make a contemporary and respectful interpretation of all the history that the house and its privileged surroundings treasured. The rehabilitation is full of current and modern winks, to all the legacy received through materials, fabrics, furniture and spaces open to the outside, to the beautiful square that houses the imposing Gothic church-fortress of Ezcaray, built between the twelfth and fourteenth centuries.

MURO DE AGUAS Casa Rural

Our Muro de Aguas rural house is an old pastoral house with the typical traditional structure. It is arranged on 3 floors which are accessed by stairs. The bedrooms are on the first and second floors, so wheelchair access is not possible. But as they are spacious and easily accessible rooms, people with reduced mobility do not encounter any more difficulties. All bathrooms have showers. All floors have a toilet and spaces and terraces where you can rest and enjoy the clean, dry air and silence. In the surroundings of Muro de Aguas there are mountain trails prepared for walking with different slopes and difficulties. Next to the house there is plenty of parking space and space for your bicycles in the driveway. The house itself is prepared for the recycling of waste and has a biomass boiler to preserve the environment.
