Las Pedrolas is a manor house from 1760 with the heraldic shield of the González family highlighted on its main façade.

It is located in the Plaza de la villa realenga de Arnedillo (La Rioja), next to the Town Hall and the Church of San Servando and San Germán, just 500 meters from the thermal pools and the renowned Spa.

In 2002, a complete rehabilitation of the building was undertaken to turn it into a charming hotel, respecting the stately personality and elegance of the buildings of the time, but at the same time equipping it with all the current technology to offer maximum comfort.

In 2016, under a new management, it reopened as a Rural House offering the possibility of reserving rooms (double and special doubles) or renting the entire house. A cozy living room with a wood-burning fireplace and a relaxing interior patio-garden with a marble fountain make up part of the common spaces on the ground floor.

The house "Los Colmenares" receives its name from the family surname, this property has always been transmitted in the family by inheritance, it is considered that it can be more than three hundred years old, linked to the work of the field and the production of wine in its most ancient essence. Over the years there were changes, reconstructions, extensions and improvements to adapt it to the needs of each time. The intention when opening the doors as tourist accommodation was to be able to maintain the house with all its essence and offer travelers to enjoy an authentic house in its structure, distribution, materials and furniture and for this its reform has been carried out by the owners handmade. The house consists of two buildings that are joined by a gallery that serves as a dining room for travelers.

Bodegas Ilurce is made up of the fourth generation of viticulturists and we have a true treasure: more than forty-five hectares of an exceptional vineyard, with payments of very old vines, which make us give thanks to this land every day. You will be able to discover the secrets of four generations of the Escudero family cultivating vineyards and producing good Rioja wines.
