The Coffee Muxu is a unique, tasty & authentic place, which is inspired by many trips around the world and draws its source in the heart of the Basque Country. It’s a Bayonne café-restaurant where you drink good specialty coffees, where you eat gourmet brunch dishes and where you want to welcome people like in our family home (Etxea in Basque). The Coffee Muxu is anchored in Basque culture with local products, favoring as much as possible short circuits and reasoned and organic agriculture. On Egin!
