This cheese factory, which aims to enhance the production of the shepherds of the valley and to ensure the sustainability of future generations, is a model in terms of respect for the environment (recyclable materials, energy optimization, landscape integration, etc.). The site has been specially designed for the visit. The corridor, equipped with large panoramic windows on the production tool, crosses the whole of the cheese dairy and makes it possible to follow the cycle of manufacture of the cheeses.
