To eat, in a unique and authentic setting, on our terrace by the river and at the foot of the mountains, the chef Pascal Arcé , cook from father to son, works miracles with the local products , the Banka Trout has spice, the Milk-Fed Lamb melts under the palate and the eyes roll when the desserts arrive.
